The new plant in Hubei, a leading AC foaming agent, was officially put into operation

On the morning of October 8, 2023, the modified AC foaming agent project with an annual output of 16,000 tons (8,000 tons in the first phase) of Hubei Yuchuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was officially trial-produced.

Yi Xianrong, Secretary of the Tianmen Municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended the event and announced the official start of the factory. Yang Xingming, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of the city, delivered a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony.

Hubei Yuchuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Yuekou Industrial Park, with a total investment of more than 130 million yuan. It has modern standard workshops, production auxiliary buildings and domestic leading advanced equipment.

At present, Hubei Yuchuan has a total of two AC foaming agent factories nationwide, which is the first modified AC foaming agent production base in Hubei, mainly producing 20 kinds of modified foaming agents, including high temperature foaming agent, low temperature foaming agent, injection molding foaming agent, artificial leather foaming agent and white foaming agent. According to the special requirements of customers, we can manufacture specified products with different decomposition temperature, gas volume and particle size.

Through 20 years of research in the field of foaming, in order to further expand the production scale of AC foaming agent in China, Hubei Yuchuan adheres to the sense of mission and responsibility to manufacture high-end and refined modified AC foaming agent products for domestic and foreign customers, shorten the distance with global customers and respond faster to customer needs.
